The 6‑Week Performance By Design VIP Sprint is £10,000 + VAT.
This is an introductory launch rate for the first clients we take through this sprint while we refine and document the operating system assets. This launch rate is available for projects that start in the next 6 months. After that, the investment will increase to £15,000 + VAT for future clients.

How much time will this take from me and my team each week?
You should allow 2-3 hours per week for the full 6 weeks.
60–90 minutes for the weekly working session

For 1–2 key team members, the time is similar.
We design the sprint so it fits around a busy founder’s schedule rather than becoming a second job.
Who needs to be involved from our side?
We ask that the founder and 1–2 key people who run delivery and/or operations are involved.

Some clients are happy to run with this themselves; others choose to work with us on periodic reviews or further projects. There is no automatic ongoing commitment.

Is this delivered remotely or on-site?
The sprint is designed to be delivered remotely via video, which makes it easier to involve the right people and keep momentum.
